Pros

There is a pretty decent discount for full-time employees. There aren't many pros to working here besides that though.

Cons

Stores are understaffed, schedules are inconsistent, and management is out of touch with lower level employees. Raises and bonuses are promised but are rarely delivered. Often times your only motivation to make a quota or participate in a sales contest is to not be yelled at. Employees are often expected to complete the jobs of two or more people in order for the company to make its numbers, with no added compensation to the employees whose workloads are being increased.

Pros

Decent pay, lots of locations to choose from (if your forward enough to push for it), older long term employees not as "clique' centered

Cons

Middle (District level) Managment and up, zero oversight of DC staff, no follow up from HR Managment (division level), poor understanding of what training is actually required vs. what staff is NATIOANLLY CERTIFIED in.
