Love the bennys. Pay is OK. Unless you're an Assistant... good hours.

Cons

Horrible hours for Managers and Assistants , they are forced to work 50 hours a week for not much more pay!

Pros

Great Discounts, Good Co Workers, great regulars.

Cons

Upper management doesn't care about sales or customers. They'll do anything for a quick buck, ignoring customers needs, poor sales drivers, disregard employee recommendation. They do nothing to help the stores succeed and then wonder why it fails. It's a viscous cycle that can't be broken at store level and makes the job insanely stressful.
