Pros

Great company if you are working for the right family owned NAPA distributor! Largest network of auto parts in the world! People in the professional auto and truck repair industry count on NAPA.

Cons

Customers want NAPA quality parts and service, but they want to pay internet prices. Hard to explain that strong NAPA stores do a lot more for their customers than the internet online mail order companies ever will.
