      Pros

      Napa Auto Parts is a great place to work at, one of the last if not already the last real AUTO PARTS STORE out there. The hrs are ok most Napa's close at 6-8pm. You get to help customers that had no luck at another "auto parts store". Pay is good.

      Cons

      Not fully staffed that causes problems with some of your accounts went comes to delivery time. You can work long hrs sometimes e.g 10hrs 11 hrs days.

      Pros

      I have been with NAPA for 17 years. I never expected to be in the position that I am in. I started as an hourly employee with no intentions of having a "career" (my children came first at the time) within two years I was promoted to management in the Distribution Center and have remained in that same position for 15 years because I choose to. NAPA is an awesome company with a lot of potential for growth. They provide eLearning training courses for all job titles as well as a full benefits package. Genuine Parts Company (parent company) is 88 years old! They must be doing something right!

      Can be stressful, full plate, always busy.
