I have been employed by NAPA Auto Parts for 39 years. NAPA is an family oriented company and I highly recommend.

Pros

Decent Pay. Good atmosphere. I liked the amount of support the company gives to help you succeed. They give clear and constant communication. The location I was at was not open late like competitors.

Cons

The retail aspect of the business is tough. Customers are always asking to match prices etc. There is no margin for error in relation to the process of getting the customer taken care of.
