Pros

Travel and benefits are really good. The company gives you a car and expenses to be paid on a company card. 401k is matched up to 5% and they offer lots of training

Cons

Base salary is low. The company does not use cost of living per state to compensate the salary. You must move in order to be promoted

Pizza every month for safety (as long as one person in your group isnt hurt/ reported to osha) up to 12 hours of paid time to the dentist

Cons

biweekly pay very high demands Pull 300+ lines (1 customer orders 40 rotors and 3 brakes = 1 line) All day specials come in and you are expected to get them to the front on time.
