Pros

Great benefits, coworkers are helpful, well known and respected name in the business. Great place to learn automotive and depending on the job, room for advancement.

Cons

Long hours, small or no raises, stores not staffed enough to address business needs. Inventory never seems to be balanced to meet customer demand, unlike competition. Tendency to ask more from those that show competence and ability to get job done.

Have work for 2 years, pay is pretty good for low level employment.

Cons

Management uneducated and have no training as Managers have dealt with several, and find them to be very unprofessional.
