There is a lot to learn and they're happy to teach you. Outstanding discount. Great people. Great environment.

Cons

Scheduling scheduling. Confusing time off system. HR is absolutely useless.

Pros

The job was great at first! Everyone pulled their own weight, you were part of a team, and the job was relatively easy.

Cons

Management doesn't notice you and also plays favorites. If you're not full time you might as well not be a human. Saw a guy get fired because he called out when his brother died.
