Good pay Union Job so you cant get fired

Cons

Bad Co-Workers No Work Ethic Union Job so no one does anything beyond Bare minimum Very Difficult to move up Managers Don't care about You at all

Pros

Good parts but you don't get that lucky. There is always a down side.

Cons

I reserved a battery online go in to pick it up. It's the wrong battery. They give me a refund. Check bank account 3 days later still no refund. Called napa and they said it could take a week.

Pros

Auto part discounts. Good benefits. Decent running hours. Room to advance. Decent pay. Good quality parts.

Cons

Questionable management. Little to no overtime. Little pay raise after given promotion. They rather stand for their customers than stand for their employees. Don't really care for the customer unless they're spending a lot of money. Not many accessories in store to choose From. It's difficult to acquire a raise.
