      Great workout, Upper Level Management needs Improvement.

      Great workout, fast paced, great co-workers.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't adequate for the job performed. Employees made more than the Assistant Management. There was no work-life balance. It felt like anyone higher than a Stockroom Manager didn't care about the staff below them, only the numbers. The exception was an amazing Ops Manager. There was definitely alot of disfunction, disconnect, and distrust between the stockroom staff (managers included) and the management above Stockroom Level. That was very stressful.

      Parts discount, Benefits. Endless overtime due to incompetent and uncaring management...

      Cons

      You will NEVER learn anything except to work hard for a management team that does not care. Too many big fish in a little pond. Dirties, most filthy warehouse I've ever seen. Were it not for the off the charts sales market of Arizona, all the stockroom management team would have been fired . Worst group of supervisors and management I've ever worked with.
