      decent healthcare, matching 401k, consistent work

      Cons

      gaslighting constantly, pressuring production by threats. 20 to 35 cent yearly raises. and those only being cost of living raises. no performance raises. extremely high turnover. hour long lunches to draw out production even longer. constant pressure to work off of clock before your day begins
