      Pros

      As many hours available as you want to work. Decent starting pay for the area Good Warehouse management, approachable and they work hard right beside everyone else Easy work other than a lot of walking and it can get really hot

      Cons

      Medical benefits are way too expensive for such a big company! $3,000 deductible for family and $450 a month! Only downside I can see, everything else makes it a great place to work and want to stay for a long time, only reason I would ever leave would be for affordable medical benefits.

      Pros

      NAPA has a good atmosphere at the retail level among the people that work in the store. You feel a sense of camaraderie in most stores.

      Cons

      This is a management down type of organization. Everything is spoken down from one person to the next. Like most retail the job and goals must be met at all costs and nothing comes before the job - including the employees. You will be overworked in this company and you will not like 25% of the customers that walk through your doors or call you on the phone.

      Pros

      Web based documentation, inventory tracking, billing, communications, customer service and support, equipment operating and maintenance.

      Cons

      As a parts department for a rendering plant there are a lot of confusion in the warehousing area that are easily confused and miss labeled as there are too many people touching the product.
