Pros

If you enjoy a face paced customer service environment it is a good place to work. You get to make and grow relationships with a core group of commercial accounts as well as meet customers on the retail side.

Cons

You usually will have to work with outdated, broke, or missing equipment. You will always be 5+ years behind the rest of the industry when it comes to technology and their distribution system is set up in a way it's hard to be competitive with your pricing.
