Pros

Stable business, easy to learn, good for college students, retirees, those looking for stable job with minimal advancement, pretty relaxed environment once you get the hang out it, great employee discounts, small contractual raises, you get to work with really nice people, keeps you active and in shape

Cons

No advancement, training is online and doesn't work well, a lot of NAPA's business processes are antiquated, pay is too low for amount of work you do (lifting heavy autoparts, etc), decentralize management and communicate with stores more often,

Great programs for customers, decent pay, most people are helpful when asked.

Cons

There is next to no formal training. Hours change from when hired. Too many changes to agreed upon terms of employment. Pay could be better for what is asked of you
