I'm gradually becoming run down and burnt out.

Pros

The hours are okay overall. I'm currently a full time employee. The pay is decent for the work. I would not consider this as a career path.

Cons

Unreasonable expectations. Very low moral. People coming into the store and new hires can see this very quickly. Very little communication between anyone especially management and employees. Many of the employees don't care about their job (no work ethic).

Pros

Company cares about employees and puts everyone in a position to succeed. Rewards hard work.

Cons

Some positions have irregular hours which may not be ideal for everyone. Sometimes need to work late to get projects done which was fine for me but might not be for everyone.

Rapidly becoming the same as competitors like Advance and Autozone.
