Everything, no initial training, no continuous training, no clear objective, conflicting messaging, unprofessionalism, management is an absolute joke, no direction, no vision, no culture, business model is antiquated, sustainability is questionable, no innovation, no differentiation, no leadership, no excitement, no recognition, not progressive, micro-management from four different manager's. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!
