Pros

Napa sells quality products and parts.

Cons

From the begining you are lied to. I never got an evaluation nor did I get a raise while working there. The management is absorbed wth self greed. Do not ask any questions or question anything. The whole chain of command at my store was self- centered. Employees show-up when they feel like it and generally leave before the end of their shifts. Do not work here if you have any kind of work ethic at all. You will be expected to do it all while others stand and watch you.
