Pros

The corporate culture is great. Free breakfast and lunch at the cafe on campus.

Cons

The pay isn't stellar and they are stingy with any bonuses of COL raises.

Pros

A place to push yourself. Physically and mentally, not building a career or anything like that.

Cons

A place where HR and the owner does not have much consideration for its warehouse workers, employees, or really any regard for anyone except their own personal status. Don’t work here if you want to find consistent people to work with and a place where you can grow! I recommend looking elsewhere for employment, especially as a minority.
