Great benefits and pay. Management cares about you. Small things matter like Christmas gift cards and employee lunches. Family comes first, if you have an emergency you are taken care of.

Bonuses are difficult to achieve

Coworkers and customers; pay & benefits are industry standard.

Cons

Old school mentality; don’t welcome new ideas, do things the way they have always been done. Expect employees to put work first, even at the risk of physically hurting themselves. Don’t care about employees professional growth, keep them status quo in order to prevent any kind of growth for the company or the employee. If you enjoyed the 80’s, this is the place for you.

Paid on a draw, way too many useless meetings, under paid for the amount of workload dealt with, vacation isnt much, micromanagement to the max
