Pros

Job Security, Benefits. good employee discount

Cons

As with most larger corporations, there can be a disconnect between management and employees. This can be even more challenging with middle management being also disconnected. Work/Life balance store managers and assistants are expected to work far too many hours every single week.

Pros

Wage was decent for the level of education required but nowhere near a living wage.

Cons

Awful company culture, nonexistent work-life balance (50+ hour weeks), dismal career advancement opportunities, impossible sales metrics mean you never receive a bonus, disconnected management, horrible customer service because everyone is so burnt out, archaic computer system, and older employees who are outright discriminatory towards younger ones but nobody does anything about it. The CEO is a greedy slimeball who sees employees as less than human beings.
