Pros

Free lunch once a month. Great co-workers. Great workout.

Cons

Prison structure lifestyle with grated second floor. Management uses the second floor as a fish tank to sneak up on co-workers conversations. Feedbacks have unrealistic outcomes to improve on goals. Talking is frown upon even when you are working and reaching and or exceeding your goals. High turnover rate in summer. No phones. Sales people in warehouse during Christmas rush not working and talking on phones. Mains nonstop from the main store to warehouse with new guys getting the brunt of the extra work.etc.etc

The store I worked for had employees that harassed delivery drivers regarding the amount of time taken to make deliveries without using accurate info.
