By far the most knowledgeable of parts companies, with the best resources, vendors, and programs available for wholesale customers.

Cons

Behind the times, and playing catch-up to the retail market, but currently implementing new strategies to be competitive in the D.I.Y. market.

Pros

I worked as a driver twice for Napa the supervisors are excellent and it’s a very easy calm work atmosphere. The job is very low key and stress free.

Cons

The advancement is not very promising although you could become a leader or a key employee the opportunity to advance from a entry level position is limited.

Was able to work from home on some occasions. Tech people were always available if needed. Worked with a really good team.

Cons

Some tech platforms were dated. Advancement proved difficult at times, especially between different departments.
