Pros

First and foremost, of course, it all depends on the people around you, both those around you and the managers. On the positive side, it is, of course, compliance with all labor and payment standards.

Cons

One of the disadvantages is the constant attempts of management to make you do things that are not your responsibility. This is acceptable to a certain extent, but it takes up much more working time.
