Pros

I really liked the people I worked with and most of my store owners. Compensation was decent with full benefits.

Cons

When sales are down your the first to get cut... Their expectations for sales people is sales reps are ridiculous. Lots of micro managing and with tons of redundant reports. They expect you to make sales quota while you are stuck doing store inventories, projects, and everything else that takes you out of the field. Was a really great company to work for years ago, but they are moving in a direction that doesn't care about their employees.

Pros

As a former Auto Technician, driving for NAPA is as much fun as any in Scottsdale, AZ. I see car collections & some of most exotic cars in the world. Ferrari, McClarin, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc. Love my job.

Cons

Wages are minimum and vacation time is limited

Pros

Great coworkers, mostly. A lot of opportunity to learn. Blue shirts.

Cons

Typical corporate mismanagement. Inflexible and oftentimes unreasonable quotas. Insufficient staffing for the amount of work expected done.
