No complaints from my time at NAPA

Pros

I really have not many complaints from my years working at NAPA. They are a leader in the their industry and have a solid reputation.

Cons

Working on the retail side of NAPA I think their computer system TAMS could use some serious work.

Pros

Potential for incentives. Insurance was sufficient and other benefits such as stock sharing. Worked with some good people. Best resources for parts and availability.

Cons

Little to no staff. Run store by yourself. Salary is based off 50 hours. I averaged 75 hours a week on a good week. Told you will be given support but no local stores or higher will not help. Too much paperwork and too many tasks required within a day. Too much unnecessary stock and inability to return.
