Pros

Easy entry. No background checks, no drug testing. Most employees are amiable. Most positions pay hourly and getting fired can is almost impossible with a do little attitude.

Cons

Horrible pay. Long hours. Hard work will not be appreciated and will most likely go unnoticed. Almost non existent benefits. Would not recccomend to anyone I care about unless they were desperate for a job.

Pros

Have work for 2 years, pay is pretty good for low level employment.

Cons

Management uneducated and have no training as Managers have dealt with several, and find them to be very unprofessional.

Pros

The people are the best, a great team spirit.

Cons

Sales management and outside sales people could have been HR and Accounting people in their previous job with the company for years and lack rich sales or rainmaking skills needed to compete against aggressive competition.
