This is a very chaotic work environment that lacks transparency in decision-making. The culture is very negative and hierarchical. A lot red flags in regards to how the organization is run. Huge gap in what leadership level staff make and people on the ground, doing the work make. Poor leadership skills across the board. I wish I had done a gut check before accepting a position as I saw some of the dysfunction in the interview process but felt connected to the mission. I promise you will find something else aligned with the work you want to do that won't be in a toxic workplace.
