      Interesting Work, But Limited Opportunities

      Pros

      Never the same day twice. The people can be wonderful. Steady work unless there is a government shutdown.

      Cons

      Typically very low salary compared to other industries/companies. Very limited opportunities for career growth especially for contractors. Some groups have very poor leadership.
