      Pros

      Fun and exciting place to work. Great if you like to travel and especially if you like racing.

      Cons

      The pay is very low in comparison to almost any other company (outside of maybe a non profit?) Leadership has a very old school mentality. The cars are fast but progress with anything else is very slow. There is no real HR so management can get away with pretty much everything. Lots of departments suffer from a toxic work environment and it goes completely unaddressed.
