      Pros

      Pros? There are none and it’s a shame.

      Cons

      No parking. You have to wait at least a year to get a parking spot in the garage. Once you do, it’s still $100 a month. If you aren’t getting paid a lot, this is so expensive. Coworkers don’t care about anything. Just there to not use a day off.

      Pros

      Benefits, Perks, and an Overall Fun Company to work for. Your overall role is easy as long as you have the necessary skill sets to do the job. Growth within is a biggie and they always look within first

      Cons

      Like any business you work for there is the good, the bad, and the ugly. The good is if you do a great job your work doesn't of unnoticed and they prefer to promote within first. Bad is that its so fastpaced sometimes that people expect things to get done without enough logical time. Ugly..like others have said sometimes management do what they want and pass the blame down the line to cover their end. You just have to always cover yours first and roll with the punches.

      Pros

      Being a contract video editor was awesome... if you did great work, they would definitely call you back. I made great money while living in Charlotte.

      Cons

      I saw many good full time workers get fired for the sake of the bottom line and it was tragic that they lost so many hard workers that started with the company before they moved to the Nascar building downtown.
