Pros

Very talented people in those offices Employees give all they have to the brand Garage Passes for employees Health and wellness benefits are decent

Cons

Poor compensation Undervalues employees Leadership of departments rule as they see fit HR doesn’t advocate/protect its people Very old school mentality across the board (every assumption of what this could indicate is applicable unfortunately) Diversity and Inclusion are buzzwords, these are not fundamental and executed upon Internal mobility is an issue that needs to be addressed

Pros

Very upbeat and supportive work environment. Very diverse workforce. Free food when working weekends. Great benefits. Very professional environment. Lots of pride in producing award-winning product.

Cons

The worst part is that I don't still work there. I was laid off, but they went to great lengths to make it as painless as possible (I'd work for them again in a heartbeat!)
