      I've been here for over 10 years and I fell like I am part of the Family. They are great to work for.

      Pros

      NASCAR execs are willing to promote from within and reward hard work. Benefits are great and people really care.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of travel making it difficult to set boundaries. The culture, as everywhere, is if you have a cell phone, you are available. But again, that makes boundary setting less than ideal.

      The internship program is organized really well with meeting and networking with executives. Almost everyone there seem to be really good people.

      Cons

      I was an intern so I can't complain- maybe the pay?
