      The organization has solid team members and does try to keep the 'big picture' in focus.

      Cons

      The race season is long; if your position requires track travel, prepare to be a Road Warrior. Hiring from within doesn't appear to be a high priority.

      Some of the best reasons for working at NASCAR was the people, the product and the stakeholders: drivers, teams, track owners/operators, sponsors, broadcast partners.

      Cons

      not a lot of opportunity for career advancement; once you are pigeon holed in a area very tough to move to another area of the company
