Pros
This is one of those things that is fun for a little while but overall there aren't a lot of pros. Maybe take a job here to have it on your resume but don't stay there a long time.
Cons
The people making decisions have made some weird decisions and the overall rumors about them making these choices in order to sell seem more likely. They don't think about how exhausting it is to be away from home for 5-6 weeks in a row because they got rid of so many people at the tracks so people from Charlotte or Daytona have to travel. The pay is NOT enough to make up for all that stress
