      Not the best compony for tech

      Pros

      Large corporation - benefits are good, high potential for growth within the compony

      Cons

      For tech-related work, everything feels 5 years behind. Decisions are made slowly. Lots of politics. Salaries for lower level workers are way too low - salaries for high level workers are way too high.

      giant corporation - not the best for technical employees

      Big name company = great benefits and security work life balance

      Cons

      technical leadership is lacking company doesn't truly invest in their technical employees - lots of contractors. this leads to people not caring about the quality of their work.
