Pros

NBCU is a well oiled machine with terrific leadership - especially within Hollywood these Dark Days.

Cons

Like any big company they can be a bit corporate with getting things done (i.e. slow with lots of voices weighing in)

Pros

Great culture, coworkers and flexibility working in the office returning from Covid. They didn't shock the system as did Amazon.

Cons

Low pay and limited opportunity for growth.

Pros

Love the people I work with, even those at the very top of upper management. They are very good about work life balance.

Cons

Promotions are hard to come by or take longer than they should. Compensation is not as competitive as other media companies.
