Pros

Nothing is ever going to be perfect at your place of employment, but you do truly feel like you're working with a kind, hard-working great group of people. I made lifelong friendships working here, and that can't be said of other studios. Great opportunity to get promoted from within if you do a good job.

Cons

In general everyone is overworked and could benefit from having a few less titles each year. Long hours sometimes required and your phone becomes a bit of a leash.
