Pros

Great benefits as part of NBCUniversal

Cons

Micro-management, employees are not valued. Nationality profiling. Management is not prepared for positions held. On air ´talent´ is not professional, (nor ethical) in bringing accurate news to local viewers. If you don´t play by their ´wrong´rules you will easily get discarded and they will make sure to push everything under a rug so that their bosses won´t find out.

Pros

As the company grows so do opportunities but the key is networking. The salaries are competitive and vacation good but not great.

Cons

So large hard to get exposure to areas of the business not directly related to your job. A lack of diversity in sales and marketing.
