Pros

A lot of access to high profile people within the company. Your internship is what you make of it, but people are willing to work with you. I truly loved every single day being at the company.

Cons

There was some menial tasks assigned, but most interns have to deal with that. My department also didn't pay overtime, and our workweek was capped at 40 hours, which was a little disappointing, but every show/department is different.
