Pros

Overall I think NBCUniversal is a great place to work. There are many work perks and outside opportunities you are able to partake in and the company morale is high. I am able to learn a lot and love what I do.

Cons

Since NBCUniversal is a huge corporation, that leaves less room for growth and increased salaries. There are no pay raises unless you receive a title promotion which i challenging. Unfortunately since it is a corporate huge company you are just a number and not known personally.
