Pros

There are some fun young people, and the company does have a lot to offer. It's a great place to explore except everyone is really siloed

Cons

Management is always the problem but senior execs never seem to think so. a very backwards and archaic place. No young talent stays for more than a year

Pros

Great brands, autonomy, sometimes interesting work.

Cons

Stale culture, lack of vision, Comcast ownership set a back tone. Cuts had made for a worrisome environment.

Pros

great benefits and there is alot of promotion from within for assistants

Cons

very political, corporate environment. Some departments don't get any growth so you could find yourself in a good job but not alot of room to go up past middle management
