      Company is shifting towards becoming more agile in the digital space and are focused on creating original content making it a great place for millenials

      Senior leaders are beholden to the CEO and his leadership team which results in them making decisions in a bubble with no regard for the ramifications on the business or its people. Company culture fosters huge egos and does nothing to keep them in check

      - Benefits. From health, to financial advice, to fitness apps, to discounts at various places, the company offers many different ways for a person to enrich their life. The biggest issue is finding time to utilize these benefits. - The people, for the most part, are amazing to work with and very supportive.

      Cons

      - The state of flux that everyone seems to be in. New technologies are always being introduced, and it seems they're being introduced before all of the bugs are worked out. And this makes it hard to get the job done and media delivered to the customers by their deadlines. - Some departments are under far more stress than management seems to realize. It is negatively affecting workflow, and the health of the workers themselves.
