Pros

Very good experience. I loved the social atmosphere. As an intern, you need to be able to ask for things to do, don't expect people to handle stuff to you, ask.

Cons

Nothing really. I enjoyed the internship, met a lot of people, and other interns in other departments.

Pros

Stable, if you're looking for that. Though they will randomly downsize when it's actually a busy period. A decent amount of nice people excluding management.

Cons

Management - they will try to take every penny away from you. They will never try to help you because they stick together like a wolf pack. Business people run the studio and not filmmakers thus resulting in awful movies and even worse decision making.
