Pros

The biggest pro is that you get to put NBC on your resume. That's about it.

Cons

You do a ton of busy work and no real work (coffee runs, food runs, answering the phones). They stick all the interns in one room where there aren't even enough for phones for everyone so a lot of people just sit around and do nothing all day. You barely get to interact with any of the show's staff and once you do, you realize everyone hates it there. It was not a happy office environment at all. And all the higher ups are corrupt and fake.
