Pros

Great people to work with, great environment, happy with pay rate and benefits, opportunity to move up in company.

Cons

Some are losing jobs due to restructuring (including me), but there are plenty of open positions available as well.

Pros

Good teams, innovative brands and products, Focus on diversity is a key priority and has strong properties as a whole (theme parks and cable TV propping up network TV and films).

Cons

Highly vertical, change is slow, huge degree of office politicking and backstabbing which leads to a great deal of turnover and constant fighting for promotions.
