Pros

None apart from meeting few good/lovely people

Cons

Everyone from US is racist. It’s a company I would never recommend. There is no sympathy towards employees who suffer from caring responsibility. Lies after lies.

Excessive workloads & moving goalposts

Pros

Experience in a giant corporate machine. Hard working, loyal and collaborative teams on the ‘shop floor’. Great benefits and salaries. Transparency and ongoing communication from HQ. Regular EMEA local updates covering all teams goals and targets and successes.

Cons

Excessive workloads, with ever changing goalposts and last minute projects / tasks / targets with not enough teams or budgets to cover the current work or the late addition work. Regular restructures. Unsure on where EMEA is heading in conjunction with domestic / hq. EMEA networks is a small fish in big pond, despite its successes. Aggressive deadlines and multiple levels of approvals, hoops and red tape with small timeframes. Hit and miss support from operational broadcast teams. Minds are changed weekly - so it’s hard to keep up. Middle management seem to do the heavy lifting.
