Pros

Fruits and soft drinks and breakfast in the office

Cons

Not every department is the same and although those people who I worked with moved into higher positions within the company, so they are not in that department but they were backstabbing people and bullied employees too so I would say it is not a good sign that they could move within the company... Anyway, it's a huge company and stable compare to other smaller media companies but honestly I was bullied and back stabbed there during my time and I still have bad feelings towards the company. There was no diversity during my time there, it was British people's club who seemed to think every country works the same way as UK...no wonder they had to close down some channels. Immigrants were treated really badly compare to the British nationality ones...
