Pros

The managers at the local Bay Area station are wonderful and supportive.

Cons

There aren't enough resources for the bar that has been set high by the top executives.

Pros

Even without all of the cool perks behind the company, which by the way no matter which department you're in you get to enjoy, coming into work everyday is a true pleasure. You're surrounded by uniquely creative, smart, friendly people who care about getting things done and having fun in the meantime. There is potential to grow no matter where you are, you'll never want to leave your department most likely because you form such good friendships along the way, and no matter where you go from there your connections will continue.

Cons

Some of the people occasionally. Really can't think of any cons.

Pros

It's a solid company and friendly work environment.

Cons

The news product is shallow and it feels like you're working in a factory.
