Pros

Many affiliates so possible to move around an find the right fit. Also have good benefits package but may have changed a lot since the company was acquired by Comcast

Cons

You have to wait 24 months before you can apply for a new position . Periodic Self evaluations can be tedious but are needed if you want to move up in the company.

Cons

- Political; - Comcast installed corporate rules from the 1990s; - No real ability to move from job to job internally. Some managers are allowed to micromanage.
