Pros

Great people. NBC hires very well. They also train up well, grooming people for the next level.

Cons

They are beholden to their stock holders, which means some decisions may not make sense from a productivity, staffing or best practice standpoint, but it squeezes out a little more money and so gets done.

Good Benefits - Ample variety of benefits with great company matching on 401k Great Minds - I've met some of the smartest people in any field Great Mobility - With offices worldwide there are always opportunities

Cons

Poor systems - Some of our financial and data managing systems are outdated or too complex Expensive insurance - Health insurance is much too expensive
